Scrapbooking in the Classroom Dates: Jul 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 2006
This course will introduce you to the techniques involved in creating a scrapbook with, and for your students. You
will learn how to use scrap-booking tools to crop your pictures and create pages which tell a story. Help you students develop
journaling skills to tell their story and record their history. Create a classroom legacy. Bring a roll of pictures of your
class.

Make your own classroom projects and units come alive. Chronicle field trips and special activities. Enable your
students to "publish" their book reports and completed class projects in a permanent, more significant manner. Create albums
which will showcase your students' work and assist in introducing units to future classes. Produce a class yearbook which
will document and highlight the year's activities.
